Clothing

• PSP Kingston logo shirt (exception made to Health Promotion STF co-branded shirts and GGCC branded shirts as well as event branded shirts).
• Black pants or shorts for Fitness and Sports Team members.  Pants or shorts as per PSP Kingston Dress Policy located at Annex A.

 
Video Intro

• Identify yourself, your title, section, and location:

“Hi, Jane Doe here, Fitness and Sports Instructor at CFB Kingston.”
“Hi, my name is John Doe.  I’m a Health Promotion Specialist at CFB Kingston.”

• Identify the topic and purpose of the video:

“For today’s workout, …"
“Baking has become a very popular activity during this time, today I will show you …"
 
During the Video

• When demonstrating an action or procedure, talk the viewer through the process by using “you”:

“First, you dice your bell peppers...”
“I have a strength circuit for you to...”
 
Video Outro
