“The function of leadership is to produce more leaders, not more followers.” - Ralph Nader
The purpose of this e-campus website is to gather all training and development (T&D) opportunities for PSP staff in one convenient location for you to access.
The training you will find on this website is standardized and from a variety of sources; you will find training that will be conducted by your supervisor, self-initiated training as well as distance and the more traditional class-room sessions. Our newly developed core competencies and our local organizational requirements form the foundation for this T&D framework. Our T&D framework will enable you to progress through the levels that are designed to not only enable you to become more efficient in your current job but also give you the best possible qualifications to advance your career. Your supervisor will be in charge of your training and development. He/she will enable you to articulate your own training plans and discuss the organizational requirements with you using this framework as a guide. Together you will develop your training plan in a progressive manner and all leaders within our organization will be held accountable for the advancements of their teams towards the goals outlined in the framework. - Kelly Lupton, Senior Manager PSP View the Training & Development Model
